You realize we can't jump off the dyno to post an update in the thread everytime someone wants one right? None of this is a quick thing and you must understand that. Do you realize how amazed I am that we had the first prototype made in just a few months? Yea, it's VERY rare that happens especially when you are hand forming metal with extremely tight tolerances!Take a breath, we will tell you what we know, when we know.

I left their around 2:30pm today because I had prior engagements but left the car. I have not spoken with Bobby yet to get an update.

WOW the intake pulls all the way to 8K. There are some good and bad things we found that need to be address. For the most part very successful.

The plus:
20 foot pounds of more torque in the 2k to 4k
VERY linear power to 8k. No humps at 6200 like the Stock intake, just straight up
Flat torque curve

The negative
Lower peak power.
Example: Stock intake peak power at (282) 6700 and falls to redline to 270
Our intake at 6700 is 270, at 8k over 280.

The fix is to have shorter runners and a front balance tube.
So we plan on having two different types of intakes FI/NA

We have more tuning to do, the cam timing is major factor here and requires a lot of time.
I will try tomorrow to get a dyno sheet up

Thanks

lol, reading comprehension fails you young jedi.

they lost a bit at peak but it does get close to stock peak all the way up to 8,000rpm. not sure how safe it is to rev that high frequently on stock HR. the torque gains are nice.

Nice gains, now if they would price this thing at a price that is affordable in today's economy rather than setting it at a ridiculously high price, I'm sure many many many more of the HR owners would jump on it. Lower price = more sales vs. Higher price = less sale

General consesus seems to be 7800 is the safe MAX stock limit. Some people chance 8k. **** that, I have mine at 7750.

how can we take any of this seriously when Friday something is promised then

nothing....

not even a shitty youtube clip with horrible audio

this shows how much effort is put into this great product...

Seriously!

Really! Between running a 10,000 sq ft shop and it being a Friday the busy day of week.
Spending 6 hours on the Dyno and working on cars.

Sorry dude but customers cars come first however, I did get you video.
These things take time. This is a real live breathing intake and if you want you can come by the shop and drive the car yourself .

This shop produces about 40 to 50 cars a month. This intake has a dedicated fabricator that has cost 2200 so far in R&D.

I apologize for the delay of intake, the intake has to be perfect. Please disregard the PCV hose (It’s all I had at the moment )

haha don't take it personally bro, he's just excited to see the results/videos as all of us are. It's like you teasing a kid and then hiding the toys above the shelves where he can't reach haha
