Default tuners for an HR

So i searched and really didnt come up with anything recent (by searching "HR tuning") other than cobb which has discontinued the ap for the 07-08 and uprev which can but it kinda seems like a crap shoot based on one thread i read.

First of all, why did they discontinue the cobb? And are there any "plug and play" tuners out right now? I don't mind doing datalogging and getting the car dialed in via email from the distributor, but i was just curious b/c i am going to need one.

osiris, laptop, and cipher. they can also program it to change maps thru your cruise control or one of those switches.

Yes but has to be hardwired in, I do not know if they've released a plug and play harness for them yet...I was one of the first few HRs to get a haltech but Hal had to wire it all in and made his own harness...I don't know if injected sells them or not but all has to do with the twin throttles and haltech really doesn't accept them in their current plug and play format...don't know all exact details of it.

yeah that sounds good, I dont need dual tb support, I'm concerned with how it does exhaust cam control. As my stock ecu will not be controlling exhaust cam time, ill have to use the haltech

yes you can control both of them although the guy that tunes my car for me here where I live hasnt actually messed with that any. Hal originally did all of that so I don't know much about that part of it. Still fairly new to the actually tuning part. I've always been a more mechanically inclined person not too much on electronics side of it but starting to learn since built my car.

Im pretty sure it will work just fine, but its hard to find info on the 350z pnp haltech, i guess its a pnp system for z's so their isent a real need for technical info. But with what im about to do im needing a lot of info on the haltech.
