Default Clutch Damper on the hr??

Has anybody here had an issue with the clutch damper. When ever I shift fast it feels like its slipping but it's the stupid damper. I was used to fast shifting in my old 335i and srt 4 but the hr just sucks when I'm hitting a 7k shift and the damper kicks in .

How many miles?

Have you gone in for your recall?

I then used the search function!

I have 54k. Yeah I did search I didn't find anything specially on the damper. What recall are you talking about because my clutch doesn't stay on the floor the pedal comes back up. The reason I ask is because sometimes cars have inline valves and stuff and I thought it might have something similar.

Are you running a stock clutch?

I had the same problem with my 08' since about 10k miles.. I ended swapping the clutch out for an aftermarket one (JWT) at 25k miles and it's never happened again. I'm currently running into 90k with the same clutch and have gone through 15 bottles of nitrous throughout the last 2 years, no slipping or clutch sticking to the floor.
