So that's it? Nothing else left, right? Time to part out!!! All kidding aside I watched you transform this car to a rice machine(ha). Everything is immaculate. Should sit back and enjoy the accomplishment.

Thank you RUNWDVL! I'll tell you that I've forked out plenty of dough in '14, but I got some good things done and the car has surely changed. I get some good thumbs up and compliments most times I drive the Z and that makes it fun to have some unique mods. *Got some house projects that start this coming week so the cash flow out continues hehe!

It seems this "modding" bug not only continues with our cars, but our houses too! lol

I just read through this whole thread. This car has came a long way, but to be honest I don't mind the 20's or the Vossens back when you had them. It seems now with the demographic that these cars are being plastdipped and "ebay" built.

I don't know exactly, but the installers told me that the stock felt 3x's heavier (I doubt it's that much). I may try to search some online to find some comparison #'s. MCR is frp material vs metal; I lifted the mcr (felt light) and carried it some, but never did with the stock hood.

thanks! Yes they are the stock throttle bodies that were placed on the new manifold. You should check into this sc kit; very nice with the stock block and for DD. Mild boost (about 7-8 lbs.) and makes a big change that would put a smile on your face. I had considered going turbo, but wanted to keep the power semi-mild so hopefully the engine will handle it all even though it's hard not to get on it.

Thanks, there are some pics of the wing on some of my posts, plus a vid of a 5th gear/140 flyby. I'd like to get someone to go out in the desert with me and take a some vids.

My UpRev tuner who owns a shop/is a dealer (races his cars) and has done work on the Z; installed the SC kit, etc. is coming into town this weekend for some vacation time (desert dirt bike riding); we'll get my car out on the road for tune tweaking if needed.

I've done several real time UpRev tunes with him before and I look forward to getting the #'s a going over! He just hooks up to the ecu with his laptop and tuner software and can adjust #'s as we go; he'll tell me what to do like wot through certain gears, etc. and then he gets some good readings and makes adjustments if needed and creates a new tune. Anyway, it's always nice to get your tune updated and ready to roll! * I feel like a GD little kid!

Default Stillen high boost sc pulley

Had the sc pulley swap done (3.33 to 2.87) on the Stillen V3 setup, did new drive and blower belts also at that time. With a new tune it should bump me up 2 lbs. of boost and maybe 30 whp. *New pulley is one on the right next to the blower.

I think that some guys here have them now; I'm interested in them potentially, just was kind of waiting to see what the verdict is on a good pin setup with these hoods. I know one guy has pics of his with new pins, but can't remember who it is.
