Default Slip light while accel.?

I went out to make a Cipher log an hour ago, on the way to the open road that I like to make logs I was on freeway and did a few warm up higher rpm romps, just like 3rd-4th and when I got about mid 6K's rpms the slip light blinked; tried it again, same thing so I turned off trac. control and did the same with no light. Making the wot requested log, I did some hard pulls up to near 7,500 a couple of times and no light.

Maybe I got a bit of tire slip when I hit it those couple of times; I have SC in performance map with 95 octane fuel, any of you think that maybe it was due to tires breaking loose a little during freeway accel. with tc on or is that possible with my setup? I've seen the light on before when losing grip on ice or wet road, but never at freeway speed.

I used to have the same thing happen all the time around like 40-50mph getting on the freeway. I got new tires and it has pretty much stopped. The TCS light comes on for no reason sometimes, doesnt always mean loss of traction.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on this and try to duplicate it with tc on. The TCS light had come on those 2 times reved up pretty high rpms/quick shift, didn't come on at all on harder accel. pulls (speed "no lift" shifting) while making my logs, TC off.
