Default High oil pressure

I turn the 350z on instantly jumps too 120 psi.
there is a lower oil pan gasket leak but I don’t think that would be a cause of high oil pressure wouldn’t that be low ?
i assume it’s a mix of the oil pan gasket leaks and possibly a bad oil sensor which I am going to check tonight with an ohm reader.

oil change was done about 2-3000km ago

is there anything else I should be looking for to fix this issue ?

On a cold start, when the engine oil temperature is low, the engine oil pressure is high. It should decrease and stabilize once it's at normal operating temperature.

Does your oil psi drop once it is at operating temperature? Not the coolant temp - but the engine temp.
