Looks good though!
the fronts are actually perfect, but wish i went 285 in rear as there is a light stretch. I bought the tires first as i was looking at a different set of wheels, but the deal fell through after buying the tires will rock these till toast and then go 255 front and 285 rear....either way, i love them. the spokes are matte silver and actually match the door handles and z fender emblems. I just got eibach pro kit springs, but think i need to roll the rears before installing, but may clear without fender roll due to the slight stretch in the rear. Got a pick of your Black CSL's on your Z?

Seller should have disclosed the things you mention..especially the seam that's patched up. I would suggest taking them to a reputable wheel repair shop for some advice, since it's impossible to determine if that wheel is ok from the pic. I don't think the bolts are a problem though..just need to replace/tighten them.

Default Rota Grids on 275/30/r19

I do not know much about tires and after reading how tire numbers work and such i still do not get it.

19x9.5 F
19x10.5 R

i guess what i am really trying to ask is is this a safe tire size to run on this rim?

275 can be mounted on a 9.5" or 10.5" wide wheel safely and properly. Whether it would fit on the car with or without modification is a different story.

Well after dealing with that stressful situation, it looks like i'll be getting my refund in a few days.

Right now i'm looking at some TE37 Tokyo Time Attacks:

19x9.5, +22 -- Fronts
19x11, +23 -- Rears
5x114.3

I have my 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 tires still sitting at home because I was going to put them on the GTS wheels, but that plan backfired horribly because I got scammed. Will these tires work for my (potential) future setup on stock ride height?

Hey guys, i had a quick question.

I bought my Volksracings Re30's 2 weeks ago, the sizes are 10J +25 front and 11j +25 rear.

Now im looking for tires and i came across a set off Pirelli Pzero's in the sizes 2x 245/40/19 plus 2x 285/35/19 , i know the rear tires are ok on a 11j wheel but im not really convinced about the front tires because i always see everybody in 255/35/19.

So will this work on a 10j wheel.

or better, does annybody have pictures of these tires on an 10j wheel??

thanx!

245 on a 19x10 would be stretched, personally I wouldn't go less than a 265 or maybe a 255

Here's a picture of a 245/35/19 on a 19x10, while it isn't a 40 profile, the width is the same

Default tire size questions

so right now i have 255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rear.

rims are 22 all around 9.5 front and 10.5 rear.

i need new tires and was wondering if i ran 245's in the front instead of 255's would it be easier to steer and what not?

or should i stick with the 255's?

car is daily driver dont do much drift, track, ect.

just spirited driving once in a while
