Man I really like those rims -- one day I will switch over to them. Would it look just as good with 17" rims - dont want to get into the tire cost

Eh brah - like the rims.... Actually IMO the gap does not look too bad, but the tiens will add the finishing touch to "the look"...

I'm trying to figure out where you took the pics.... from the the hill in the back ground and the fact that that street is two way - looks like somewhere between Moilili and Kapahulu....

sluggo- I kinda don't think 17's would be that great. I think you need at least an 18 to fill out the wheel well, I would have gone 19 if the cost wasn't so much higher. plus I wanted to run a 40 series tire instead of 35 with all the crappy roads we have here in Hawaii.

zd-up- guess you're from hawaii huh? livin in socal? yeah I took the pics near my place in makiki...sorta near punahou.

yeah...the tire graphics are a bit busy, but those are what came on the rims when I bought them. I'll probably go with something different at the next tire change.

taurran-yeah...kinda sucks having the unofficial "gay" symbol on the license plate, but what can you do right?

jdmfairlady21-thanx...I don't really have any sound clips, but I can tell you the sound is awesome, very different from the typical aftermarket exhaust setup. its a very euro, sport-bike sound w/o any of that extremely loud fart can noise. its pretty quiet just driving around in the low rpms, but it's super difficult to not want to rev the engine just to hear that sound (especially in combination with the whistle of the intake). its also pretty stealth...it looks stock, but anyone who knows their Z will realize its not.

Yah, living in the Bay Area - Santa Clara now.. I used to live on Alexander and also Kinau Street. I miss Grace's Inn mix plate!!!!

The rims really look good on your LeMans...

Can you do us mainland folks a favor and take some pics by the beach after you put on the Tiens (heck we'd be happy with shots from Sand Island) LOL....
