Talking Just Ordered My Wheels

Ok guys, after months of looking around, they have been ordered...iFORGED FS-6

19"/8", brushed aluminum with 2.5" polished lip

19"/10", brushed aluminum with 3" polished lip

He informed me that with these wheels you can have as much as a 4" lip out back , but I'm not a deep-dish guy. He was kinda upset that I didn't get the huge lips, but again, its just not my style. I got the brushed aluminum finish (which is clear coated BTW) to match the door handles, logos interior ect.

Ofsets: OK, I don't know what I'm allowed to say, but lets just say that the offsets are a happy medium between the tucked stosk wheels and the extreme 22mm setup. Check out zred's car for a pic of what theese offsets look like, and I think they look PERFECT.

Planning on getting some SO-3's, in 245/40/19......275/35/19

Thumbs up

Kick ***, man!

Please post pics as soon as these bad boys arrive!

One question....concerning the offsets. Did you get the same offset on both the front and the rear wheels, or is the back a higher offset? The reason I ask is because I'm not into the look where the rear wheel sticks out farther than the fornt...I think they should sit on the same plane.

They are very close, but considering the fact that the rear wheel is wider, yes, it will stick out a tad more. Look at zreds car for an examle of what they will look like.

Ok, if you combine the style of the top picture...which is the wheels design i ordered, with the size, finish, and lip depth of zreds car, then you have my wheels.

I think I would have went polished, but we'll have to wait and see when it's on the car.

I wanted it to blend with the car as much as posible, so the 6-spoke design flows very will with the symetrical look of the car. Also, the use of brushed aluminum around made that choice easy for me, besides also being unique. I agree, polished wheels look hot though....

Brad, I like your choice, keep the NON-polished/chrome OFF the Z, it isn't a BLING-BLING car, BUT a real sports car!! When Ferarri's and Porsche's start coming with chrome wheels, then maybe I will think about it.

The 1997 911 Turbo 'S' came with polished 18's.

No, they're not. He's referring to the pic in order to establish what finish and size his rims will have.
