$1,200 for both wheels and tires puts you in a area of heavy cast fake two-piece wheels, and budget tires: neither are worthy of the 350Z.
For wheels, you've gained nothing over the OEM wheels except the “bling” factor.
Tires on a budget are unwise. You only have 4 small patches of rubber touching the pavement. For performance, you are the number one factor. Number 2 is the tires.
I suggest that you pass on this deal.

Buy used forged wheels from the track model, put the rear wheels on front, widen the fronts and put them on rear ($250-300), powdercoat them whatever color you want if you want ($350-500), add tires (it is possible to find relatively cheap high-grip rubber). These economy cast wheels that are supposed to add "bling" just look cheap and tacky. They look on cars like this jewelry on people:

They may appropriate on some "civic nation" lowrider, but on a Z it will be a waste of Z.

You won't find any wheel AND tire combo's for that price, except maybe somebody selling their factory 18's or 17's. Good tires depending on size, will run you about 150-$200 each, which you leaves you $400 to $600 for wheels.
You can get Axis Hiro's (with no tires) off e-bay for about $1,200.
