Default Pikes Peak White Wheels?

How crazy an idea is this? I have an '04 PPW Enthusiast with the stock wheels and find they are just alright, ho hum. In an effort to have something unique, would painting the wheels PPW look good? stupid? The brake dust would probably drive me crazy ....... but what do you think? Any photoshop work available for a look?

it looks ok, go to F1 motorsports website. I believe I saw a pic of a PPW with white volk GTC's. It looked, ehhh. Thats all I can say about it. Not terrible but not really good either.

Yes I have seen white wheels on a 350Z. They are next to impossible to keep clean.

DON'T GO WHITE! I have a PPW 2003 and have researched every color imaginable. I have decided on VOLK GT-7's in diamond black, but was leaning hard toward the gunmetal color. I was too chicken to go with a gold rim, however all of the pictures of gold rims on PPW look damn good. Maybe you will be a little more brave than I. I will link my thread to this one and you can see a variety of rims and colors. Hope this helps and good look!

I know in a couple of these forums there are posts on painting the rims black. Plus they have pics. You might want to do a search on that.

The 17s painted white will look nothing like the work picture posted...

I'd say nay. Save the $ and put it towards some better rims. Even OEM track wheels are great compared to enthusiast wheels...
