What's your definition of moderately priced?
Most tuner lugs like Muteki start at around $40.
Then the higher end quality stuff like Rays and Work are around $120.
Then the highest quality gangster stuff like Kics Project R40/R26 are around $200.
If you can find the knurl size of the spacer stud you might just be able to get a replacement one at a Pepboys or such for cheap.

I think you called and spoke to justin when I was passing through the office today?
When he asked me about it he wasnt sure if it was the studs on the actual spacer its self or in your wheel hubs...
If H&R says the studs in the spacer its self can be replaced with a factory hub bolt, then you can either use the factory Z hub bolts or the extended NISMO ones...
PM me if you need any more info...
the more detail you give me the better I can help you...
