I need some advice on aftermarket wheels.......
Help!!!!! I have a 06' 350z and need some help or advice. I recently bought some after market wheels and tires for my z, after putting on the rear wheels/tires I started on the front. I noticed that there is an extra pin or stud in the middle of two of the studs for the lug nuts. The front wheels won't go on because of it. At first I called the nissan dealer that I bought the car from and at first the service people didn't even know what I was talking about. Then after some heavy explaining, they told me that these cars aren't made for after market wheels to be put on.... I told them that was a load and asked if they are not suppose to have after market wheels then why do I see them all the time. They service people didn't know the answer, ya right>>>>>
My question is what is this little pin or stud and what does it do??
Also what can i do to get around it, or can i just remove it??
Please HELP!!!!!!!

It's there so you don't mount the rear wheels with the fronts in an attempt to rotate the tires. You don't need it there to begin with, and I think earlier Z's didn't even come with it.
