yeah they are being used for fitment purposes. i wasnt about to spend 600 dollars on tires to find out later on they dont fit.

it shouldn't be leaning if it's sized correctly. in fact a 315/35/18 should be identical in height to a 245/45/18

also u guys are too dumb to notice the jack under the right side. thats y it leans. and why wouldnt it be safe? its nto like i drive aorund with a spare..

Why'd you post that picture? Doesn't show much other than it looks fat in the back. What exactly are you trying to achieve by doing this? Why are you doing it on stock wheels?
