Opinions? 275/35/19 only... all around 300 per tire. Anyone recommendations?

I plan on running the Yoko Advan Sports (285/35-19). However I suggest the BFG KDW for the $300 price range in the 275 size. Might want to look at the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2. Good luck!

kdw2's were my first choice...

i have an option to save a **** load of money going with a tire/wheel package... but... it runs 35 in the front, 30 in the rear. i live in new england, roads are horrible in some places...

think i'm safe to go 30 in the rear, or suicidal?

Don't see it being a huge problem. Ordering everything from TireRack.com? If so, what do they recommend?

kdw2 is a OK choice, but there are better options. See: https://my350z.com/forum/showthread....ighlight=tires.

If your budget is $300, go with the best: Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3. $279 each.

Your favorites match mine.

Both the Michelin PS2 and the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 stick like glue on a dry surface, are very secure on wet roadways, run quietly, and have a softer sidewall that provides a more comfortable ride. I give the Michelin PS2 a small advantage over the Goodyear Eagle F1 because the Michelin PS2 has slightly stiffer sidewalls. But, the Michelin PS2 is more expensive than the Goodyear Eagle. After running either tire for a couple of days, you hardly notice any difference (and it's mostly a driver preference).

NOTE: My tests are based upon actual experience where I ran "all square widths" (245/40-18 front and 245/45-18 rear) on 8" stock rims. Running different wheel and tire size combinations might provide a different result.
