Finally got mine mounted. Need a drop so bad
How low can I go before I have to start messing with camber, and stuff? I'd like to just pickup a set of Bilstein pss10's and be done with it if possible

I always tell people that if you want to be safe, do a toe alignment after you lower it and check all for out of spec to save tires. And have the budget to buy FUCAs and camber gear.

After mounting the new wheels I have a grinding / scraping noise in the front end when turning the wheel either direction. I have PLENTY of clearance all around the tire so it's not the fender hitting it.
I see nothing that could be hitting anything when turning the wheels anywhere. Did not have this problem with the stock tires/wheels I just replaced.
Now the odd part is when I jack the car up and turn the wheels I get zero noise.
Ball joints look fine and don't appear to be leaking, nothing is hitting the backside of the wheels and I can slide my hand in between the fender all around the tire.
Any ideas?

Check the fender liner bolt for interference with the tread, not sidewall. Also check for clearance at the fore/aft, lower extremes of the fender well opening (the lips). If the tire is taller than stock, there's a chance of tread interference in these areas.
Size of tires? Offset of wheels?

When the car is jacked up the suspension droops enough to give you clearance between the tire/wheel assembly and whatever it's hitting.

With the car on the ground there is still tons of room between the fenders and tires and everything else. I've inspected all around with it sitting on the ground and can't find anything that's even close to hitting anything. Just super strange.

I got up under the car and looked for anything they may be hitting and there is definitely nothing they could be hitting. They are the standard 18" 9.5+15 with 255/40/18 tires.
I may just slap some new wheel bearings and rotors on and see if that fixes it.

Front fender screw will hit and the rear lips will also crib if not rolled

Turns out it was a semi blown front strut. Weird.
Side note will the 14'' Akebono Big Brake Kit fit this setup? (9.5 +15 & 10.5 +15)
