Ive never used hub centric rings but i guess I should start. Do all wheels need them or does the wheel bore match our hub on certain wheels?

Most aftermarket rims will have a larger bore size than the 350Z hub size.

I'm still not sure I buy into the whole centering ring deal. If you carefully and properly tighten the lug nuts then the wheel should be centered and locked into place.

I've never used them on my various trucks. Granted, I don't drive as fast in my pickup but it sure does have a lot more rotating mass and I've never had problems.

And I'm probably not going to spend $35 on a set but I will spend $10.

I saw a T-shirt that said: "My Drinking Team Has a Racing Problem!"

Sometimes I sorta wish I'd never taken mine to the track.

If he is a racer, depending on how serious, he may use a new set of tires for every race. Even if not a serious racer he may go through a few sets of tires a season and would also need a set of rain tires on hand too.

I would have ended up paying for it with speeding tickets, so this helps calm me on the street.

Set for practice/qual, a set for race, and a set for rains. Yes, there are more in the back, on the side, etc. A set for my Z32TT, old Hoosier tires, it's crazy.

Thunderhill Raceway, Sears Point/Infineon Raceway, Laguna Seca Raceway, Buttonwillow Raceway for the most part. I get down to Willow Springs every now and then as well, and have driven a few other tracks nationwide during my wanderings.

Youll have some more gap with the 295/30 but the car will sit lower. The 295/35 will fill the fender but also raises the car. Its up to you whether you want gap vs height. Ultimately 295/35 would go better with the 265/35. Youll keep the stagger close to oem this way. The 295/30 is a rubber band in comparison.

I forget. Only ran there 2x, and it was clockwise. I want to say low 1:40s, but that was my 300Z at least 5 or 6 years ago. The 350 is much quicker.

Sorry for the OT, y'all!
