was hoping someone could help me with a purchase I want to close in on.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/18-ENKEI-RAI...ht_2252wt_1037

These would be going on my black 07 Z, but is that offset (+35) too crazy for my car? I just want these sitting flush with fender walls. The rear is 9.5 and fronts are 8.5, which is what I want. I'm a newb at wheel/tire specs, and the whole offset thing confuses me. Tried googling it and looked up a few diagrams, but still can't translate that into what I need for this purchase. Any insight is greatly appreciated!

thanks. Now if I went 8.5 front and 9.5 rear, would I still look for a +15 or something more like a +25?

Quick question.

I really like my KDWs 275/35/18 F 295/35/18 R on RPF1 9.5/10.5. I'm thinking of trying out some new tires. Is anyone running a 265/40/18 F and 275/40/18 R? I know 255/40 and 275/40 is about spot on for the stock f/r.

Thanks

Here's a quick pic of mine taken at a meet last week. I'll post some more up once I get a good photoshoot done, the car has been detailed since this pic.

Specs:
18x9.5 +15 on 245/40
18x10.5 +15 on 275/35 (doing 10mm or 15mm spacers soon)

Here are mine on the track. RPF1s 9.5 +15 w/ 265/40/18s all around.

And here is me getting smoked by a 50 year old car (with a full cage, R comp tires and 550hp). It belongs to a friend of mine. Scary fast.

I think he meant put the rears up front and get a better size for the rear like a 295/35

285/35-18 also make a great rear tire with a 275/35 up front

8.5 fronts will look oogly with the curved spokes. +25 would make them look even worse.

Just use the standard recipe, 9.5/10.5 +15 or square setup and make sure not get 225/35/18 tires like some of the failed hellaflushers.
