Why aren't the Enkei Kojin's very popular? (They are my favorite and I'm getting some 18x9.5 and 18x10.5)
I believe they are the great looking, but on this forum, all I see is rpf1, RPF1s, rPF1s...
Are they just uncommon or something? Do they have a bad name?

Tearik on pg. 94

I'd prefer my SBC RPF1's any day, but to each his own.

rpf1 are great for autocross,track...maybe not durable enough for DD duty. aka, pot holes etc. read too many stories where the inside of the barrel is out of round after just using them on a street car.

Where are you finding them in 18x10.5? Enkei dosen't list that wheel in a 18x10.5.

Well I went to a Tire shop and I asked for 2 19x9.5's and 2 19x10.5's, and I got a call back 20 min's later and he said they dont make 19's, so I said 18's are fine, and it would be about 1600 for wheels and tires.
He may not have forgotten that they dont make 10.5's (if they dont).

Love your setup, bro. The bumper tuck looks great with the single exhaust. I was planning on this exact wheel/tire setup (except 265's up front), and was curious what brand of tire you were running in this pic. Is it just the way the sidewall was made, that causes the tires to muffin top like this? Really like that look, personally.

You're right Matt, those pics don't do those wheels justice. They look amazing in person!

Default Sbc 9.5/10.5

RPF1s in SBC with 9.5 / 10.5 +15 offset, 265/35 and 285/35 tires, lowered on BC coilovers at the time. Now lowered on KW Clubsports, and about 1/2" lower.

Default Need Advice / Help: Enkei RP03 Wheels - 2007 350z Touring.

Hi everyone, I've been lurking these forums for a long time, finally hit the join button. After reading tons and tons of posts over time on this site I bought myself a 2007 Nissan 350z Touring A/T. I did that in December of 2012 and after a year of enjoying the car and researching my behind off, I'm ready to get started with the things I want to do.

First up are Wheels / Tires, Suspension & Brakes. I've decided on the Eibach / Bilstein 1.2" Lowering Suspension and the Akebono 14" F / 13.8" R Brakes. I've been trying to settle in on wheels for a long time, and have seen some great posts on offsets. The car is currently just an enjoyable daily driver, but I want to start enjoying it on the tracks as well. I will build the car around the street with trackability as a side bonus, not a devoted goal. With all that set, I've decided on the Enkei RP03 18" Wheels and am going to stick with the Staggered setup. I'm finding +18mm and +22mm offsets for these wheels and need a bit of advice as to how this would sit on the car. I will get the rear fenders rolled just to be safe.

18x9" F +18mm Offset
18x10" R +22mm Offset

I'll seat 255x40r18 tires on the front and 275x40r18 on the rear, which I believe is the correct size to keep the speedometer and factory ratios in check.

I've seen a large amount of people suggest 18x8.5 and 18.10.5 with +15mm offsets but I couldn't find those sizes for wheels I liked the appearance of.

My question is: Are the offsets the correct ones to use, and how will they look on the car? I've had a hard time finding those particular sizes and offsets on the 350z in pictures to get a good idea.

Thank you in advance for any help and advice with this guys (and gals).

Those size you picked out are conservative. They will work just fine, actually my 19's are 9"/10" +18/+22, but i run a 245 in the front.

I'm hoping for a fairly flush look, do you have any pictures showing how far the wheels sit? I don't want spacers and will keep researching wheels to find that perfect look.
