Unhappy tire rotation

Sorry about my English. Cuz Im korean, and Im still learning Eng..
Anyway few days ago I visit nissan dealership for change my engine oil.
And they recommend tire rotation. So i paid for that. around 15bucks? maybe.
But I have a friend who has a 350z and we talked about tire rotation.
and he said 350z's front and back tire's are different size that's why
tire rotation is impossible. Did the dealership lied to me and took my money away? I wanna know the truth..Answer asap plz..

No, you can't rotate the tires on the Z. Go back to the dealer and get your money back.

Well... if you have a tire wear issue with the front tires like many of us have had, perhaps that swapped the passenger and driver side tires. It requires that actually take the tire of the wheel to do so because the tires have directional tread.

They may not have just stolen your money like you're worried about. But, if they did swap the tires like I mentioned, then you have an underlying problem that needs to be fixed, not just postponed with a tire swap.

yah i would ask what they exactly did to rotate them, before letting them know you know how to "correctly" rotate directional tires.

I hope they also changed out the air in the tires when they rotated the wheels.

If you have non-directional tires, swapping driver and passenger side is perfectly fine and may relieve some camber wear.

NOTE: You can tell if the front tires have been switched. The inside is coated with brake dust.

I actually wouldn't be surprised to see the backs on the front, with the extra piece of metal (that prevents this) broken or shaved off!

You mean the sixth bolt on the front hub? Hell our own members have yet to figure that out.

This reminds me of when I brought/carried in my 4 brand new wheels, with no tires to the tire shop to have new tires installed I ordered from them.

They tried to charge me for a disposal fee.

Egh wrong. Exactlly what tires did you guys dispose of. Of course they said opps our bad and fixed it.
