I guess I didn't make it clear enough (but I tried). I do attempt to post accurately here, so it's a disappointment when someone tells me I'm part of the "problem."

this happened to my Z when I upgraded to 19 inch volks.. .the tire size was incorrect.. when I finally bought a new set of tires in the correct size, the problem went away.

Alright, another newbie with the similar question here: I rotated tires front to rear. The rears are now 225-50-17 and the fronts are 235-50-17, a difference of .20" taller sidewall height on the fronts, and I'm getting the same thing - TCS light on when slow cornering. Same fix - match tires or larger on back makes the TCS issue go away?
TIA.
TIA.

There is no "rotating tires" on a 350Z. The OEM wheels are larger in the rear and smaller in the front, both in terms of width and overall size around. You can't rotate them. The rear's stay on the rear and fronts on the front. When the tires wear out you replace them, that simple.
If you really want to you can dismount the drivers rear tires and put it on the passenger rear wheel as long as your tires do not have an inside and outside position (like Falken Azenas), same for the fronts. Other then this, there is no rotating.
Put the right wheels on the right position and your TCS issue will go away.

+1, Thanks to these vets, I know why I have this problem. I knew I should of stayed with Toyo tires, but my friend offered me barely used Nitto Extreme set for $300, so I took it. When I had Toyo, the slip never ever came on, it was 275 35 19 (rear) and 245 35 19 (front), but when I switched tires to Nitto 275 35 19 (r) and 245 30 19 (f), my SLIP light comes on, on 1 really curvy turn, otherwise, it don't see SLIP.
