Possible to fit 345/30/19 tires?
I currently have a set of IMPUL RS Wheels 9.5J-19+30 I want to get widened. The Nitto Invo 345/30/19 tires requires at least a 11.5" wheel. Would it be possible to fit a 11.5" wheel with a +30 offset on the Z? Rolling or pulling required?

Either widebody or minitub.
If you minitub you'll lose the IRS and have to w/ a custom solid rear setup.....You don't need 345's. Look at NMRA. 10.5" series are running 7-8 second 1/4's on 10.5" wide tires. You do know you can actually negatively impact your car by going w/ too wide a tire...right?

You also dont want to add any more weight to your axle then necessary. I say learn how to control it better first and get some suspension mods. I'd also say you would only need 285 for the rears

Just saw your sig....400 tq to the wheels. Dude....no street tire is really gonna plant in 1st on the street or at the track. Your best bet is to go w/ a drag radial such as Mickey Thompson or Hoosier if you want get some stickiness on the ground. But if you stick w/ a street tire setup all the rubber in the world IMHO won't hold didly squat in 1st.

Do you know what offset his wheels are? Was it a tight squeeze?
I currently have Toyo T1R 285/35/19 and have no traction at any gear when I step on it, and that's with the boost controller off, which is about 3-4 psi. Already have coilovers.

Try better tires and/or a staged boost controller. 345s will not fit without notching the suspension, flaring the fenders, or other major modification. With too much offset, you will hit the shock. With not enough offset it will rub the fender. Try something with more sidewall, get an alignment suited for straight line acceleration, and get a sticky tire. 1st gear may remain useless, but not 2nd gear.

If your really seriousl about traction, getting a better tire compound will do wonders over huge width. Toyo's are a good cheap performance tire but when it comes to traction they aren't the greatest, especially on an FI car. And i did a side by comparison with my front 255 Ps2's and a buddies 255 toyos on the same rim same offset and my tire was much less wide.
I suggest trying to fit a 295 PS2 or 305 PS2 and call it a day. You probrably won't be able to even fit a 345 and even if you did, the extra weight could be counter productive. Good Luck

With my current offset of +30, what should I widen the wheel to that'll fit without any problems? I'm guessing at least 10.5" or 11" would be required to fit a 305 tire? What offset is best to not rub without fender rolling? Best offset with rolling?
