Honestly, put your credit card away and dont waste any more money on the car. If you have other priorities then def. keep saving. School is more important than your car, epsecially if you can't afford to mod it correctly. There are tons of goofy looking cars on this site and on others. Just keep it stock looking, I would even get 06+ 18s for a classier look. You can sell it for more later on when you graduate and start making more money than the rest of us.

Good luck with your car and good luck with school.

Your 17” wheels look great.

I’ve run 17”, 18”, and 19” wheels.

By far the 17” and 18” wheels provide better handling, and a much more comfortable ride. And, 17” wheels are probably best if it’s handling, comfort, and economy that you want.

19” wheels, in my opinion, are for show, but not for “go.” 19” wheels are heavy and the ride isn’t great (you can definitely feel the difference).

I wouldn't say that. My 19x9.5 fronts weight 18 lbs and my 19x10.5 rears weigh 20 lbs.
you get what you pay for.

I understand what you are saying, and I agree with you.

But, consider this: If those 19” wheels are available in an 18” or 17” size, the 18” or smaller size wheel will be lighter, and provides a better ride and better handling.

I mounted a 19” wheel/tire setup on my car. It looked great, but was nowhere near the better handling I had with my 18” wheels. I couldn’t wait to rid my car of the attractive 19” wheels and get back to the very functional and comfortable 18” wheels.

My next experiment is trying 19” wheels on the rear with 18” wheels on the front. I think that might be the best compromise of appearance and handling. I’ll report back after trying this setup.

Default Just installed my Eibach Pro Lowering kit!!

I slaved for three hours in 90 degree weather to install this kit. It looks pretty good to me. What do you think?

Yes sir.
And all those saying "he should have got Volks", stfu.
I feel like half of those Volk guys dont even track or show their cars and use this forum to justify to themselves paying 4000 for rims.

If that's the case, why am I running down M3's, S2K's, Boxters, etc on track with nothing but PS2's on my 19" wheels? Check out some of the Jap tuning house cars. For example the amuse 350z is running 19x10.5's all around.

wheels look too small. if you dont have money, dont mod your car. cheap mods make your car look cheap.
