Alright, yesterday I had my brother put on my new 17x9.5 hyper black rotas with Goodyear Fierce 275/40 R and 255/40. It has really changed the look of my Z and I love it. I am about to install a tein lowing kit onto it to fill the wheel wells and give it a more agressive apearance. I also am debating weather or not to smoke out the front and rear lights with vinyl tint. I have a crack in my front left headlight but dont want to pay 200+ for a new one. Its only a cosmetic crack not all the way through. I was wondering if I should go ahead and order a front lip for my bumper instead of forking over 1000k for a body kit. I start medical school in august and dont have that kind of money to splurge. Give me some feedback that I can do to my car that is cost effective and low price. Please DO NOT tell me I should of went with 18' Wheels, I went with 17 because I like the look and it was cheaper. I look forward to hearing from you guys

I have a silver-ish Z as well, and I found that random c/f parts (bpillars, emblem things) and a front lip really do a lot, especially for appearance...I have been fighting the urge to buy the 17's like you did, I just don't know what color...maybe gold?

I'd say if you don't wana do a body kit, just get a nice replica front lip, lower her a bit and maybe some angry eyelids or something...I might do that

So you are starting medical school in Aug and you don't want to go on a spending spree (Going cheap); and yet, you plan to lower your car and add some other cosmetic items................. Its funny, cause here in America, all the tuners want 19's and 20's and over in japan where they have tons of tracks and people actually track their car, all the Z are running 17's...

if done right, 17s look pretty darn good with the Z....
