I like the BFG KDW's but the tire roar is too loud. I'm going to stick with Potenza's from now on.

I've never seen the GT-V's in a Phantom edition, I like it!

Did you paint them that way or buy them already painted?

So I'm running 18x10 -5 currently with 265/35 and I want to go back to a wider wheel (those are the tires they came with). My rear is low, but I'd like to go lower...just wondering if anyone is running 285/30 and had pics?? I had 285/35 on my old set of wheels, but the offset was +5, and I'm not sure I can handle the 35 sidewall going lower.
Any pics of 285/30 would help, just so I can get an idea of what that sidewall looks like and if you have any comments on what the ride is like.

Thanks!

Thanks for all the comments. I love the matching centers with the trim around the car. That color was original, but I had the lips painted gloss black after a truck nearly rammed me into a wall and I seriously curb rashed both on the driver's side. Luckily they covered all the costs. I'm liking the RE-11's so far.

Because of lack of recent availability of Varrstoens 2.2.1 after I crashed in Ohio on the way to Zdayz, I am now a +0 in the rear. Thankfully a Z31 guy at Branson Z Fest had a fender roller (cut tire a little with rolled fenders) so now I'm a bit stretched Not exactly what I wanted to do, but hey, at least It's all back together and looking tough as hell!!
Dave, saw your car at Branson Zfest. Looks very aggressive in the rear with that wide stance, love it!

No roller.... Unfortunately!!!! My fenders are shaved all the way down... Don't shave your fender... Roll it... So if you want to pull a little bit then you can still do it

Whatever they are, I suggest you add ~10mm of offset to the front and subtract about 10mm of offset from the rear. The poked out front / sunken in rear look just doesn't flow, IMO.

What are your camber specs? Can you post better pictures of the front? I'm about to pull the trigger on this setup for DD / AutoX...

Thanks!

The specs on that Z are the following:

19x10.5 +12 all around
265/25/19 (F)
285/35/19 (R)

I talked to the owner awhile back and he has since dialed in more camber for the front so it doesn't look as retarded.<!-- / message -->

all these slammed Zs with fat tires/wheels look really nice...but how do you drive them? I mean won't hitting a bump smash your fenders off?

Got this done last Friday. I'll post better pictures after I get the ride height set and the alignment done.
