I have a customer of mine running our V710s in 19x9.5 +22/19x11 +25 with similar tire specs and he's done some rolling and a slight pull to make them fit. No reported issues after the fender work though. I imagine it will all depend on your alignment at that point, and how much fender work you are planning on doing.

Yea my main concern is I dont want to have to do a pull or cut plastic etc. I want to just roll the fenders and everything roll smooth. I could go with the 275 or 285 35 rear and 245 35 front but I was looking for something with no stretch.

Check out the fat tire thread. And PM members with any tire set up questions.

255/285... no stretch look at all, 245/275... little stretch look but this depend on the brand of tire b/c some brand have bulkier sidewall than others.

I ran a very similar setup, except +22 instead of +17/18. Front fit fine without issue, rears were barely flush at -1.5 camber. Dropped about 1.2". Rear was rolled completely flat which naturally gave me a few mm of pull.

Tires were pirelli p-zeros, which seem to run wide.

Thanks Trav and Terrasmak for the info. I also heard that Hankooks run wide compared to Falken or Toyo. I might want to consider another brand in that case if I stick with that tire size.

^^ you will be fine with a roll , I am on 19x11 +25's with a 305/30 hankook v12 no rubbing, lowered on GF210s.

Yes the RS3 runs wide, the V12 is just another tire.

RS3s run pretty wide, especially compared to the Ventus V12. I'd say the V12s run pretty "true to size".

I know my R888's are FAT! Wsh I had a "normal" summer tire 305 to compare to.

Thought I would throw this in for the flames, I am buying new wheels so I can have a "summer" set and a "winter" set and I was thinking of going 18X8.5 Front and 18X10 rear, will this **** things up or is this not going to cause a problem being such a large stagger? I know the factory was off by .5" front to rear and you have to keep a 3% change in the sizes +/- to keep the VDC happy, but if anyone knows the formula to do math (or if its super simple and I am just retarded) let me know? I want to say this will be a 245 on the front and a 285 rear? I have some 19x8.5 now all around and they are all 245/35/19 and that doesn't mess up the VDC at all, which by some threads I have found it should. Just trying to get as wide a wheel in the back as I can for now, just for giggles really. Fear not, I brought a flame resistant suit and I can put it on if need be.

Edit:! Also the offset? I am not real clear on how this works but what should the offset be for these size wheels? Ill go back to the front and read because I think it did mention +15- +25 would work in the 18s but I am really not sure how to figure this out on my own. Perhaps if I could be pointed towards a "How to understand wheel offsets" thread?

So 18x8.5 front 18x9 or 9.5 rear? I did find a guy with 19x9 and 19x10.5 if my primitive math is correct, that is the same distance from a 8.5-10 is it working for him for any particular reason? I am dropping down to 18's for convenience on my part so the 10" thing isn't necessary, just a thought.

And those sizings are weak for this thread. There are guys running 10" & 10.5" wide front wheels with 305's squared.

Well how do you get a 10" wheel in the front? I imagine it would be one hell of a spacer in there or you are losing steering. Only reason I was looking at 18x8.5 for the front is because the wheels I was looking at only went out to that size before jumping to 10s. Thanks for the link though.

Camber and offset play a huge role in determining fitment, not just width. 10" up front is common, but 9.5 is the norm. Keep it simple and run the standard 9.5 front 10.5 rear with +15 to +22 offset, 255 front and keep your 285 rear. Done.

I'm running 18's. 9.5 front and 11 rear with ZERO issues. 245-40 front, 275-40 rear.
I'm looking for a tire to fit so the sidewall wont be so rediculous. Not really wanting a major "stretch", just something to add a lil aggression.
