someone wants to trade my 9.5 for his 10.5 but im very hesitant because I think ill rub.

No height requirement , there's a size requirement !

I think we agreed on 285 f/r being the lowest tire size

Car looks great man!

I'm running a 265/30 on the front.

I guess my 305/30 makes it up.

LOL

265 front beats about 75% of the setups in this thread...

So does the 305.

So far, I win in this thread . Have lots of other stuff to play around with on the race car first, but I should have some pics of an 11/12 combo with 315/335 in a few months.

This car hasn't been in the thread yet, but it's Mike Bright's BSP car. He runs a 11/12 set-up with custom f/r fenders with 315 square. My car broke early in the day and he, my co-driver, and I all ran the car on day 2. We used my 10.5's because the tires were stickers (fresh).

I was considering getting the F/R Seibon +10mm fenders and doing something similar.

He did the body work in his garage...it is stock fenders with a 15mm (or something like that) strip added...

We aren't allowed "wings". We can only use nascar style spoilers. Max height 10" and can't be wider than factory fenders. We can't extend a front splitter beyond the furthest point in the front either. Since the Z is blunt up front...no splitter for us unless we pony up for the nismo front bumper (has to be OEM V3), which is legal via update/backdate rules.

Update/backdate is how you end up with what we call franken-miatas like the car too the left.

I have a damaged V3 for cheap. With some creativity and a weekend, it could double as a super cheap solution. Just sayin'.
