Default cant make up my mind, need opinions!


So after having to use huge spacers on my new wheels to clear my Brembo's, I ran into problems rubbing a lot. I added some camber and rolled the fenders but it still continues I talked to a friend at a local shop and he recommended some coilovers (im on sportlines right now) and set them on hard setting to minimize the suspension travel to possibly help with the rubbing and also adding alittle more camber. I just don't want to buy them and then continue to have problems, so my question is:
Should I get coilovers and camber the wheels more and hope it fixes the problem?
Or powdercoat my Rays GT v2's bronze or black throw them on, get coilovers, slam it and call it a day?

Coilovers man, being able to adjust your suspension is key man.

coilovers are not going to solve your problem...your problem is ill fitting wheels on a stock body, and from the looks of it, minimal camber. 2 things can't occupy the same space at the same time

time to visit a body shop if you want those wheels to fit properly and not rub, or, pick a set of wheels/tires that will fit better

The problem is some dummy bought some ridiculous wheels and tires. Go talk to him.

First off! What sizes are your wheels front and rears!? What sizes are your tires front and rears? What is the current offset and looking at it u been to a shop so at what camber is it sitting now? After u answer me those question ill give you my advice!

Sorry should have included this stuff at first.
18x9.5 all around
225/40/18 all around
-4 offset but spacers push it to:
-24 front, -29 rear
Camber: -3.1 front, -3.6 rear

Post pics of the spoke to caliper clearance please. Do you really need 25mm spacers?

The fronts are my problem. I have 20mm spacers on the front and it's credit card clearance between the calipers and spokes.

Next time do your research on proper wheel sizes, especially for ones that need the extra backspacing to clear brembos.... My suggestion is to get some 215's....more stretch and clearance....and plus 215 is easy on a 9.5
