Just curious since a friend got rid of his tires and gave them to me but has pretty much camber wear on all of them, used around 10k miles on 1" drop. Will post pics tom

Why not wait until tomorrow to make your thread then? Nobody can give you an answer without seeing the tires

If the wear isn't too bad you can usually just mount them on the opposing side so the camber wear is outside the tire rather than inside.

If you're looking to save money or something that's the way to go.

Yes, optimal NO. Also depends on condition.

It really doesn't matter what suspension the tires are on, the big question is "how much wear". If they are on the verge of cording, why even bother mounting them, they probably won't last long.

the issue is also if they are cording, which i bet 100 bucks they are, the pressure safety of the tire is shot. The ability for the tire to not operate in a linear fashion will also cause more premature wear, add to that no tire shop is going to remount those for you if youre talking about rotating a tire w less than 8/32 left anywhere across the tread.

I think you pretty much got your answer. We all all hateit, but theres no need to go back to stoick suspension.. just lower it correctly.

You MUST run a toe fix in the rear.. it aint camber thats killin your tires, its the toe.
parts shouldnt run more than 200 bucks, 120 lower camber bars, 80 for toe delte bolts..
i have mine droped over 2 inches and the alignment is zero rear toe, -1.5 degree camber, and i keep my tires good far far far fa...........FAR longer now.

Never mind. I thought this was important to you. Important enough to say “thanks” or simply reply.

Hope you won't turn in that school essay on punctuality "tomorrow" either.
