Any spechul reason for painting something ONLY 1 inch long and silver to black?? What color are your valve stem caps & don't they cover up most of the valve stems??

You can paint them any color you want. The possibilities are endless.

i think its 14mm...loosen it and just spray paint it. all the air pressure should keep the sensor from falling thru

I have an extra set, that I think I'm just going to paint. I think it would be a really bad idea to try it with pressurized tires.

Wait do you mean the valve stem caps?

You can just buy a black set of those from Ebay or your wheel company.

No, the nut that threads down the TPMS and actually holds the whole assembly together. Although now that you mention it, I'm going to need to some black valve stem caps too

Your whip must be UBER clean if youre cleaning it up with something small like this.... If the tire was off and I already had the TPMS taken off, i think id do it too.. Dont know if itd be a good idea to try it pressurized either..

Good luck and post pix when done!

I just took mine apart before I mounted my winter tires and painted them. The whole setup is only 3 parts, the TPMS with stem, the stem sleeve the bolts it down and the valve stem cap.
