I got a hold of Rick, Everything is cool so far..He told me that everyone will be getting their wheels...2nd shipment should arrive any day now..Their just sorting out with customs..So everybody should be expecting their wheels, don't worry..

 

we should worry because the communication between us and him is not there, but some are waiting for the rims and some are waiting for the refund. Honestly, I don't understand how hard it is to receive a refund for my rims. I should not be responsible for day in and day out just to get a hold of Rick to say "hey where is my refund." Everyone knows that I have order Rims through Rick on Aug 2008 and what is it today? hmm, I ask for a refund back in Nov 2010. Sorry for the rant, but I really hope that Rick can prove me wrong and make everyone happy.

 

For how long you've waited for your wheels or refund... rant on bro.
Since Rick is unreachable to some of you, hopefully next time when someone get a hold of Rick, they should ask for theirs, yours and everyone's status... y'all pitch in and help out!

just spoke with him, Rick is still working on getting everyone his wheels, im still waiting for my refund agreement as well, so im there with you all.

 

Thanks for the updates guys. I can't imagine how it must feel to be waiting as long as some of you. Maybe it's cause I'm on the east coast, but I could never get anyone to answer that phone. Either way, hope my Venacis are in the incoming shipment

thats correct, Rick agreed to give me the wheels and give his price at cost and give the difference back along with payment of the shipping. its a couple of pages back.

This is just insane. I really feel for all of you guys.

 

I called quite a few times today as I was suppose to pickup my wheels/tires this afternoon... no one picked up and I didn't want to drive all the way there to have nothing @_@

Now I still have nothing and someone broke into my Z =(

 

I remember the last time I drove there on a thursday afternoon and it sucked! The shop was closed and no one was there in the office! I thought it was business hours from 10-6pm.

 

Man when it rains... it pours.

Update! I talked to David at vip status, I tried to call Rick today but he wasn't in the office..Anyways I asked, If they recieved anything, 3 sets of Venacis just arrived..
