VIP Status Wheels Issue #2 or more
What wheels are you waiting on, I'll probably call Rick later on..
I have not gotten any word. I emailed, called and yet no response. I am at the point that I will fill a lawsuit, but I don't know the process.
if anyone can help me do that or we can get a group, I will really appreciate it.
Also its been on 1 year, 6 months that i have not received my refund.
Thanks!

I believe so, the 4 sets that came in are all WORK wheels! Rick said, their for members that are on 370, but also on my350? For the guy waiting for his refund for a year and a half, Call Rick..He was saying, he's waiting for Work wheels to refund him the funds..But yeah, Call Rick! So yeah, let me repeat myself, the pallet that came in today are all WORK WHEELS!

Rick has been working with me and is doing his best with sorting everything out..Everybody, Rick is legit. He is truly a man of his word. At the end of the day, From the customer side. I am satisfied so far.
For the people waiting for their wheels. You will get your wheels!

Rick words don't mean anything until he can deliver it in a timely and responsible manner. I wish I can give him hope, but I am almost on my last thread. We will see within a week if he can do something, until then
if you where using the email i gave you and no reply after you been trying to get him 30 days now
and your in Cali
you must go and either get your money back face to face
or have him give you wheels that he has in stock
your time line is to great not to
just my thoughts i am familiar with your particulars, and if you need to drive there 1 time per week on your day off until you catch im so be it
to everyone else that has been waiting 12 months or less you all will get your wheels

However; driving up there could get you a set of wheels Rick have in stock IF you catch Rick there when you arrive and if you're willing to settle.

I also recommend you to go to Vip status and have a talk with Rick. I'm sure he will take care of you. If anything get you wheels that are instock! I remember him telling me, he has volks in stock. Just call him and schedule to meet with him!
Driving up there won't get GQ's refund b/c of the quote below. Not sure what procedure Rick is working on with Work wheel personnel in getting GQ's refund but $5,000 bux is petty change to Work Wheel Japan/USA and Rick, it should not take a year and a half... just saying.

Ok, I'm trying to stay out since I'm not buying anything, but I see all of these people saying "Call Rick" or "Go meet Rick in person" and I am trying to understand both sides of this.
Giving Rick the benefit of the doubt:
Are people insisting on talking just to Rick to get answers instead of relying on answers and communication from whatever resource is available to answer the phones at VIP?
If Rick is a busy man, I would expect that he delegates tasks and information/responsibilities to appropriate people within his organization and you should be able to get answers without having to speak directly with him.
Giving the buyers the benefit of the doubt:
When deadlines/timelines are missed, is someone from VIP reaching out to you to communicate that they've missed a promised date and provide you with a reason and a new prospective target date?
If not, and you're having to chase them down for this information, that is poor customer service. If one particular person in a business is the only one that is communicating information back out to you, that's poor business management/delegation. If you're having to chase down that one particular person and can't get any reasonable response, that's horrible customer service. Finally, if the person also has your money and you have nothing to show for it...
