Got some updates from Rick today... He said my wheels are "Almost Here"

 

there was a thread on 370z but got taken down. Plus all posts regarding vipstatus were deleted even if they werent on that thread. Still waiting to hear from Rick about money agreement.

 

How did you get ahold of him? email? phone?

its not good business to have wheels that take 6 months to get, id rather get other wheels rather than waiting that long, hell Pagani can custom build Zonda's in less than a year turnaround...

**** that, sorry but id be raising hell by now. over 4 months no word is worth raising hell, too long of a wait you shuold be able to pull your deposit back.

ive ignored this thread forever but i cant really ignore it anymore, sorry guys, best of luck to ya, wheels or money..both are good though, no one has filed a lawsuit combining everyones cases?

good news getting my wheels tomorrow,just check my tracking through fed ex thay are in town..right about three months wait..oh,but I did'nt get them through rick got them through another vendorgood luck to you guys that are still waiting..

Just a short PM informing me that its coming soon... dunno when but at the moment he wants me to confirm which tires i'll be taking cause he wants to prepare for it.. So i guess very soon? Hopefully!!

 

Good to hear man, hopefully yours are on the way then! I just don't understand why we can't get exact dates on when to expect our wheels.

Did anybody get anything???wheels? refund? Promises? I've been trying to get ahold of Rick, nothing.

 

I talked to him earlier and he said he would have an update around 5:30 his time which is 8:30pm my time. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

 

It's cool, I finally got ahold of him. lol

 

Yesterday Rick said he's waiting for the US Custom to call him up to pick up the stuffs.. he also said the US Customs sometimes hold it for a few days.. hmm so we'll see what happens in a few more days...

 

I have not gotten any word. I emailed, called and yet no response. I am at the point that I will fill a lawsuit, but I don't know the process.

if anyone can help me do that or we can get a group, I will really appreciate it.

Also its been on 1 year, 6 months that i have not received my refund.
