i have never heard the "let it set for a week" i have a buddy that does pcing, and he basically handed me a warm part still, and it was fine. i have lots of stuff on my hayabusa that he has pced, and it looks awesome. The heat melts the powder, and once it cools a bit, theres really nothing that can happen to it to screw it up, outside of the obvious of dropping it, or chipping it, but that's just what i was told.
