Well, the Nismo comes with 19" on the rear and 18" for the fronts, this is an OEM set up from the manufacturer..

So long as you have the proper size tires on that maintain the ratio between front and rear diameters, not a lot of difference. Might be a tad "understeery" due to sidewall stiffness differences but no real issue.

But, the question... Why would one do such a thing? (Or did you buy it that way?)

i'm not a wheel expert and cannot speak from experience. there are a handful of guys on this forum that know a lot about wheel fitment.
i would wait for one of them to chime in on this topic. 19s fit just fine, 20s you'll probably have to roll your fenders depending on what size tire you go with.

Long story short I bought it with 18’s. Two of my rear wheels are f***ed so had to use my back ups which are 20’s for temps. They have 275/35 tires but before I put them on wanted to ask if it would mess the suspension or anything really. I have two 18’s up front and those are 245/35.

nope , if you had the proper 245/40-18 front and 275/30-20 rear, it wouldn’t be an issue

These are the stock rims from 350z Grand Touring. 18" front and 19" rear. Love this staggered setup. Rear tires are 275/35/19 and fronts are 245/40/18. 19" rear makes a big difference looks wise.
