ill eventually going to get a set of SSR something... it weights about 14.5 lbs. i was just wondering... is that too light=thin to be riding on?!?! cuz there are a lot of pot holes here where i live, and my friend have broken 2 of his front rims that he just recently bought. pretty funny i thought!

Only way they are going to weigh in at 14.5 pounds is they are 16's or so.

My friend was just talking about getting 16x7 SSR comps last night and the weight was around that, or a little lighter.

I'm sure your not putting 16's, or even 17's on your Z unless your into tracking.

I had the SSR's on my car and they bent I had 215/40R18's on my RSX and three of them bent. go with the smaller size and a larger side wall or you will be sorry. I sold them after getting them repaired as I hated such pretty rims being ruined.

From what I've been told by other track junkies, the SSRs are probably the most malleable forged wheel on the market. No thanks...

my buddy has some ssr gt3s... they're not as light as the wheel you're talking about, but he's had no problems with them... drives them over potholes and everything
