Why do alot of people think Volk wheels are the lightest things on earth when they are not?
The only person I've ever heard your last comment from is you. Most people on this board realize that some forged Volk wheels are relatively light, while others are not. Most people also realize that Volk makes a very high quality product. End of story.

So why the sudden controversy? You act as if you've uncovered some misguided secret cult conspiracy to hail Volks as the God of wheel makers.

doh! hmm ok not sure what i was thinking...you're right the gtc AND the sf challenges come in 5 spoke gun/polished lip. the sf challenges look a little too busy around the edges and the gtc's spokes are a tiny bit wide for my tastes.

if they made challenges without the edge details i'd be interested. i like simple looking rim designs i guess.

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup comes in 19..

no seriously though, 19s suck for performance. look good tho. why does the ferrari enzo sport 19s? carrera gt as well.

mclaren f1 = 17s,
