Which one? There are about 5 hoses in that picture?
If you're talking about the large diameter hose with the clamp loosened, that is your upper radiator hose.
If you pull it loose you'll spill coolant everywhere unless you drained it already.
You will also have to bleed to cooling system so your heater will work again.

Yeah I need to remove the hose with clamp loosened my bad I didn't look closely at the pic to see if there were anymore hoses. But how can I safely remove this hose from my radiator, like I pulled it and coolant came out, can I just drain it all that way and it be fine after? And just refill it after I put it back

I already have everything ready to be switched out, this hose is the only thing holding the radiator to the car. And if I have to bleed something can you let me know so I can ask for assistance on that. I bled my brakes before, so what do I have to do for this.

OK- let's start from the beginning. What are you trying to do here? The upper radiator hose is also paired with the lower radiator hose, and if you already pulled THAT, than you mist have already drained the radiator, right? After you get through with reinstalling everything, you will need to properly refiill the radiator so you don't trap air and cause overheating.
