I think the heat from the headlights are killing the led's? I have one burnt out on the front, and I've had the leds for about 5 months as well.

Default My LED Lighting

OK... Here are my pics: I replace the front parking & license plate bullbs with a white wedge type 194 LED. I replace the front turn signal bulbs with a chrome/amber bulb; look chrome / flash amber. And last I replaced the reverse bulbs with a 15 LED 7440 LED. I ordered my LEDs from VLED and found the bulbs on E-Bay. Anyhow on to the pics:

Those are very good pics. I have similar bulbs and those pics give a good representation as to what the LED color actually looks like in real life. The parking light LED's DO NOT match the stock HID's after they've warmed up. So looking head on at the headlights, you have these little blue dots of light, which throw the look off IMO. They look nice, but be warned, the color is off.

Everything is white... The blue look on the parking lights are from the chrome reflections. But remember I have the wedge type LED so they aren't a bright white. I wish I had a plat to show you how bright they are. IMO looks better.

I don't want them really bright. Just something to light it up so I don't get pulled over for not having my plate lit.

Anone try these 16 LED tower bulbs for the front turn signal's?

http://autolumination.com/7443_7440.htm

Do you still need the load resistor's if you only replace the front turn signal bulbs. I am going with the 06 tail's.
