Jeez... some of you have a lot of mileage... hmm... 3-4 months, 14K miles... 3-4 K miles a month???
I'd have to drive up to the Bay Area twice a month from SD just to clock that much mileage.

10 years from now, you'll have 30K on your clock, while the rest of us are approaching 100K (in my case) or their Z's will be long gone, and you'll be known as "da man". You can start a thread titled, "Who has the least number of miles on their '03??"

I'm sorry to be off-topic, but for you guys with high mileage,
how are your tires holding up?
Many of us are concerned because some people have reported
unusual tire wear (inside edge is "cupping" or "scalloping".)
You guys with the high miles can give us a better idea of what
to expect "down the road".
Thanks in advance for any feedback on this!

Damn, I haven't driven my car in over 2.5weeks due to the shitty *** weather here. I wanted to get 1200miles on it right away just to get it broke in before winter but Mother Nature owned me, only 1000 miles on the OD.

I might believe that guy over in s2ki.com saying he raced a 350Z with 24,000 on it. The Z I had from Nissan was a test car for Sport Compact Car before I had it (same car that made their cover a few months back) and then after I had it for a week, Sport Compact Car got it back to toy with (engine mods in upcoming issue).
I am not sure where that car is now miles wise, but I myself rolled it past 10,000. Not even my ride and I took a photo of the moment.

With all your guys with high iles on your Z's, how are they holding up? Any problems, if so, I am sure others are interested too. I want to see what my future holds...

besides that the headline is falling down and the seats are wrinkiled. also the doors creak a ton and the wheels are starting to fail..
seriouslly, any car today should be able to hold up to at least 100K miles with no problems besides regular maintenance.
--- after writing this i feel as though it was a lame attempt at making a joke, and it sure was..

A lot of people wish their car went 100K without problems. Even the wonderful "Toyota" has a lot of problems with their V6's. You would be surprised how many cars breakdown. I know someone that had a Ford F-350 Diesel and it dropped 3 trannys in one year without towing anything! That one was lemon lawed but the ironic thing is, when he called the first time to complain, the dealer told him they had 3 just like it getting repaired as they spoke. I am not just ranking on Ford. Every car breaks. IMHO, American cars just tend to have a higher frequency than Japanese cars. I have owned 4 american cars/trucks and 5 nissans. The nissans have had less problems. I kept all of these cars between 100-300K so it was a good sample to judge from.
