Does the rear-view mirror "auto dimmer" really work? Everytime I start my Z, the "auto" light on the mirror illuminates but when there are bright lights behind me at night, it doesn't seem to dim. Any ideas?
Mine only works part time, i believe the window tint causes proplems with it. Same thing happened with my Explorer when i tinted it.
I didn't know this car would turn into a very fun money pit when i bought it. I bought it to race in B stock autocross, now its a mildly built Time Attack car
Learned that 350Z bumper is one of the most durable material ever. (bumped into the concerte wall, poped right back out without a scratch. lol!)
idk about the coupe, but roadster has the automatic volume control when you're playing your music (CD ofcourse). so when your car gets loud, (bad road surface/high rev etc) the volume of the music automatically increases.. i thought it was the coolest thing ever until i realized most of the infiniti car has this feature already. XD
not as fast as i expected it to be. such a let down.
true but its not that slow N/A 6 banger. The plus side is that there is so much potential with so many options to do for theses cars and they look bad ***

Oh don't get me wrong i love my Z and the handling by far is superior to many other cars in its class. Specially with the mods i have done.
just saying form the mother should of had a little more pep! Or at the least they should of updated and came out with the 370 turbo!
there's a section on the grill of the car that you can remove to screw in a bolt looking thing with a loop on it in the case you have to tow your vehicle. if you look at the front of the car you'll be able to spot out the part that you can take off. noticed it in the manual, looks pretty neat.
When the rear windshield wiper is installed backwards by the dealership, and you try it out to see if it works, it leaves a lot of nice scratches. Then theyll buff it out free of charge and burn the paint, awesome!!
found a alpine type R behind my driver seat. ( no joke, PO didnt open the grille and see what was in there.) had no idea what the two amps were for till now. one amp fuse keeps blowing so ill have it bumpin in no time.
