I concur, outside of a track, VDC/TCS should be left alone or to experts...

People who claim that TCS caused them to have an accident were driving aggressively and recklessly in the first place as the TCS only comes on when the laws of physics are about to be broken.... in other words, if you had it on and drove properly, it would not go off anyway, If you hit the gas on a starting line (or stop light) and the TCS went off because one wheel lost traction... guess what... it just saved you from losing control or going off your lane....

If it's raining, don't even think about touching that switch...

Not flaming those expert drivers out there.. just pointing out a fact to all new car lovers who have less experience driving a powerful RWD...

After seeing the number of crashed Z posts posted here I'm begining to think there needs to be another test for getting a license and certainly for buying a "hot" car: A measure of IQ and testosterone. If the latter exceeds the former, you fail. LOL!

Start with a not powerful car and learn your lessons at lower speeds and with less danger to people before you step up to a sports car.

I drove an '01 Civic EX sedan (FWD 127hp) for 4 years before I got this car. If you keep in mind my 3 basic guidelines, you should be ok. The only time I ever lost control of this car in the 6 months I've been driving it was when I didn't follow #2 and #3.
