Dodge Stratus Coupe beat the 06 350 Z???
Heck no! Never in a million years!
Some people need to think before they talk sometimes.Ugh! My co-worker claims that he can beat my 06 Z with his Dodge Stratus Coupe SXT. I felt embarrassed for him because he sounded dumb as s#@! Whenever I hear comments like that I just chuckle and let them yap their heart out! First, he needs to know that there’s a huge difference between 147 hp vs. 300 hp. Second, the fact that he has the nerve to say such a thing means that he doesn’t know much about cars and plainly just talking with his ego! I’m a car enthusiast and consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to dynamics of different vehicles especially sports car. I’ve been doing HPDE’s for about 2 and half years now but I don’t go to just anybody and say: “Dude! I can beat your car because I’m better than you!”
One thing that ticks me off is when people brags about something they pretend they know about! Being cocky is bad enough, but cockiness combined with dumbness is priceless!

I had a dodge stratus, unless he swapped a SRT-4 engine and tranny he won't. unless he got the Mexico version of the stratus 2.4 L which is the same as the SRT-4 i believe he wont. I thought that car had potential for a 4 door but dodge let it die. The 95-00 bodystyle was the best.

I had a guy in one of those neons with the hood scoop and the SRT badges try to run with me recently, I put him to shame so bad he didnt even bother to catch up for some recognition he just pulled off onto a side street. I was more impressed with the EVO and that doesnt say much. Saw a Charger SRT8 on the frwy this morning, I drove on the side of him for awhile but he didnt want to play.

Better be careful they could of bought parts from here. I bought an air intake back when I had mine. Then the engine and Tranny died at 100,000mi.
