Shipping costs are a real biatch. I can get almost any autoart you want for $45. Some may cost more due to licensing and graphics, etc. AutoArt collecting can become very expensive and if you have ever dropped one, you know it does not survive falls too well, especially when your nephews get there small hands around them. If you are in so cal, and are interested in the future, we can meet, and I can save you all the costs of shipping and sales tax.

I am a huge collector of diecast and I just started modifying them. My first Auto Art model was the 350Z and I think it is unbelievable. Shipping does cost a lot of money but you save alot if you buy more than one at a time.

Here is some pictures of my collection.

I still have some in boxes because I moved into a new apartment and haven't put up enough shelves yet.

Work in Torrance, live in Tustin. If there is ever a get together somewhere in O.C. we could meet. I don't know if you are interested but they have a Jada Toys Import Tuner version of the Celica.

Unforunately I was in the EXACT same situation as you....you'll have to order online or ebay.

Mine should be coming in from ebay next week. Shipping killed me though, but I think it'll be worth it.

This is a really good place to get 1/18 scale cars of all kinds. Use the links on the left side of the page. Check for AutoArt, Maisto, or Mattel (HotWheels).
