are there any z owners in houston that want to help me install headers, y pipe, varis air duct and ur pullys w belts this weekend let me know if you guys wanna drop by adn give me a hand...for the transformation of the CHICKMAGNET!!!!

That will definitely be an all day (or longer) project. I think I'd sell the headers and get a plenum spacer instead. Headers are gonna take forever to install and most haven't seen much gain with them.

Says who? Independent dyno's showed the Alphawerks to gain almost 15whp throughout the powerband. Crawford's are shown to make good power too. I have not seen dyno's for Topspeed/Megan/DC/etc, so I can't/won't speak for those.

The problem is not that they don't make power, its that they aren't a good bang-for-the-buck because of their generally high installation costs. Most shops take 5-7 hours to install headers, which runs anywhere from $300-500, sometimes more. On top of the costs for headers, this could mean it costs you well over $1000 for anwhere from 10-20 whp.

thats better than exhaust pretty much...10-20 hp for a 1000 bucks

naah i passed on them had to run back to LA but i think im gonna install everything all at once adn make a video of the install process, dyno runs and before and and after pics. i want the video to go indepth of what modz go where and what they do kinda sorta like a tutorial. I hope it works out cause i just confirmed a sweet deal.
I am getting my headers, y pipe and exhaust and pullys installed by an autherized dealer for 400 bucks so im gonna go ahead and buy a jwt flywheel and cluthch and give the shop an even 550 for everything.
