I looked at the sticky on this issue and according to the link that shows the VIN#'s of the recalled vehicles, my 2004 350z roadster should be one of them. But I never received a letter in the mail, so I headed over to my Nissan Dealership and he pulled up his list and said my VIN # is not on the list of recalled vehicles... Weird but cool....

Same thing with my 2003.5 G35 sedan, acording to the link at g35driver.com its one of the vehicles that is being recalled but I never received a letter and the dealership said my G35 VIN # is not part of the recall...

Are Automatics the only ones that are affected by this? Reason I ask is because both my cars are manuals and my brother who bought his 2004 automatic 350z roadster around the same time did get a recall notice in the mail from Nissan

 

I got the recall done when the car was in the shop and I have a 03 track 6 mt...

 

Same here. I went to dealer asking if my roadster had the issue and they said no. I went home seeing the VIN number falls under the category. I have an awesome manual BTW.
