Its spelled solenoid.

CVTCS does not have any variable lift capability, its only timing thats varied. Same is the case with BMW Double Vanos, Porsche Vario-cam and Toyota VVT-i.

Only Honda uses variable lift in VTEC.

tough to say, he did a whole engine rebuild at once. He basically has the Nismo S1 or S2 engine package without the RZZ heads. Supposed to be around 350hp at the crank, so maybe 290-300 whp. The dynos in OZ read lower than they do in the US for whatever reason. Here's the thread:
