I don't think they'll ever repeal the law. I think last year they had something about getting rid of the front plate but it was inserted into another law that was going to get shot down.

I think it's rediculous but as long as they have red light cameras and extra money for the DMV making 2 plates (more $) instead of one, it'll never go away.

When I lived in Va, I got a no front license plate ticket at least once a month, so I got my car registered in NC. They dont have that law and everything I go home I proudly drive by the law with my head held high, lol.

i drive without my front plates, and i see bout 1 out of every 5 drivers doing the same. even on my base they dont say ne thing. so who is getting harrassed bout their front plates? cuz ive been here for bout 2 years and no one ever says a thing to me. and this is my second car without one on the front. jus curious if this is a huge problem for some of u. cuz my home state u cant drive 3 feet without getting stopped for not having one
