It's more noticeable with some colors. Doesn't look bad at all in red. I would think black would also not show it as much either.

I was referring to the new plenum fitting the previous engine for the dual intake. As for hp/tq differences, someone posted a overlapping dyno graph of a rev-up 06 and 07, top end looks to be where the gains are.

correct me if i'm wrong but i believe the engine inside that Z is the 3.8L..?

Uhh...that's what I said; you either have VDC or TCS. Not both located next to each other.

I was thinking the same exact thing when I saw where the actual twin intakes are routed and they didn't look that raised, nor did the engine cover.

Yes, new redline is 7500. Hence the HR designation.
