I don't know, it's a good deal but you don't have a lot to go on. The seller has absolutely no history, and he doesn't know the model number. Okay, that part I might let him slide but he should at least know if it's for a 03-05 motor or the rev-up. I would stay away. Your second option is asking the Florida members for help and see if anybody can check out the kit for you.

I wouldn't buy something that big without any feedback from the seller.

Why do you suspect that this is a scam?

Ask the seller for a specific photo. If you get the photo, then the seller has the kit. If you do not get the photo, then the seller is blowing smoke.

i wouldn't buy if i was you. The seller has no feedback, and he can just scam you and make a new Ebay I.D.

Remember, even if it's legite, you'll need to buy the hood that goes with it. It does not fit under the stock hood. Thats about $800.

yea i know... too bad the z hood doesnt look as good as the g hood for this kit... I actually just read a post that some veteran member wrote about the stillen kit he had, and then the greddy kit he had.. stuff he said scared the poo outta me about the stillen, so now im having second thoughts... errr... back to square one again.

No,, I don't think it's a scam.. Besides if you pay by PAYPAL you're protected. .... but like you mentioned, if u know someone in the area have them check it out. or ask the seller for more details and better pics,, good luck !

A sticky on scammers/frauds would not hurt. We've seen a few threads lately on this. Certainly there are people on these boards that have been victims of scams/fraud.

gut instinct = stay away. everything points to a scam if he doesnt even know the model number at hand.

How do you not know what you bought for your car. he can be sure if its for an 03-05 or for his specific model. but he doesn't even say that, also ,he doesn't know if it fits the 267 or 300 hp model. as a good seller he would tell the member that there is no 267hp model.

it just doesn't seem like he knows much about what he's selling, just telling u to go to the website. unless he's a newbie, even then i would know what i'm buying, or know a bit about its fitment if i spent close to $4000 on a SC.
